imlexie offers consulting services in executive branding, institutional reputation management, and strategic planning for leaders in the financial sector. Corporate mentorship programs include business ethics, structuring investment speeches, and optimizing brand identity portfolios.
The client has the right to access materials and mentorship sessions according to the purchased package. imlexie undertakes to provide services with professional diligence, respecting the confidentiality of shared information.
imlexie is not responsible for business decisions made by the client based on the consulting provided. The total liability of imlexie for any direct damages is limited to the value of services paid in the last 12 months.
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice. In case of serious non-compliance, imlexie may suspend access immediately, with proportional reimbursement of unused amounts.
imlexie reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified 15 days in advance via email at the registered address. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new conditions.
